TESTIMONIALS
I have had the good fortune to buy and sell many homes in my lifetime and I can honestly say that Kim was one of my favorite brokers for the following reasons: She ran a tight ship. She bought a buyer in for a very difficult property to sell. It was unfortunately ruined in a flood and the insurance company went bankrupt. She got me at least a third more than I had expected to get for a property that needed a lot of work. She is a former decorator so she can see the possibilities….as a former CEO in advertising , I can say that’s a rare gift. She is a people person and an absolute pleasure to work with!

Kim Holmes was an absolute joy to work with in the process of selling my home! Not only is she very knowledgeable in the real estate business, she really listens to her clients and gives great advice. She was so patient and personable with me and all of my questions throughout the whole process!! I would highly recommend her to everyone I know!
