I have had the good fortune to buy and sell many homes in my lifetime and I can honestly say that Kim was one of my favorite brokers for the following reasons:  She ran a tight ship. She bought a buyer in for a very difficult property to sell. It was unfortunately ruined in a flood and the insurance company went bankrupt. She got me at least a third more than I had expected to get for a property that needed a lot of work.  She is a former decorator so she can see the possibilities….as a former CEO in advertising , I can say that’s a rare gift.
